Mohammad Ali Tafti

Mohammad Ali Tafti has a solid background in IT management and consulting. Mohammad Ali currently serves as the Director of IT Services and Operations at Mofid Securities since August 2020. Previously, they worked at Dana Energy as the ICT Director for over a decade, where they were responsible for designing and implementing a data center and modern infrastructure. Mohammad Ali also developed ICT strategies, policies, and instructions for the company. Before that, they held various senior IT consulting roles at Dehkadeh Abi Pars, Iranian Research Institute for Information Science and Technology (IRANDOC), and Afzoon Ravan. Mohammad Ali Tafti began their career as an IT Manager at Taliya Mobile and also worked as an ISP Manager at Mabna Pardaz Engineering Group. Their work experience encompasses managing IT staff, administering data communication networks, and overseeing legal report systems.

Mohammad Ali Tafti holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Tehran, which they obtained from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the same university, from 1992 to 1998. Mohammad Ali attended Nikan High School from 1988 to 1992, where they focused on Mathematical and Physics subjects. In addition to their formal education, Tafti also obtained certifications such as the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PeopleCert in 2020 and the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System Lead Auditor from RABQSA in 2015.
