Victoria joined OSB in September 2022. Prior to joining OSB, Victoria worked for Barclays for 21 years, most recently as Finance Director of the Consumer, Cards and Payments segment.
Victoria is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant and has worked for over 25 years in Finance. She has supported Retail, Corporate and Investment Banking business lines across a range of Finance roles including Product Control, Treasury Finance, Costs and Business Planning and Analysis.
