Zoe started their career at Kent Reliance Building Society, where they worked as an IT Service Desk Support and later progressed to the role of Systems Support Analyst. Their responsibilities included providing 3rd line IT support, network administration, maintaining payment applications, managing the high availability system, conducting BCP/DR tests, and supporting various hardware and software systems.

In 2011, Zoe joined OneSavings Bank as an IBM System Administration & Payment System Manager. Their duties involved carrying out system operations for the bank's savings and investments transactional banking system, maintaining licensing for IBM hardware and software, and managing resource planning for projects.

Currently, Zoe is working at OSB Group as the Head of IT Service Management. In this position, they are responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting custom applications, such as IBM iSeries, payment systems, and web-based workflow and customer-facing platforms. Zoe is also involved in incident management, problem management, change management, conducting BCP/DR tests, and providing coaching and training to their team.
