Matthew Gray

Matthew Gray has over two decades of experience in civil and water resources engineering. Currently, Matthew serves as a Senior Project Manager at Osborn Consulting, Inc., a position held since March 2019. Prior to this role, Matthew worked as a Water Resources Engineer at HDR since November 1999. Earlier experience includes positions as a Civil Designer at W&H Pacific from 1996 to 1997 and at CenturyWest Engineering from 1994 to 1996. Matthew holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Water Resources from Colorado State University, completed in 1999, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington, obtained in 1994.
