David Chouinard CBCP, LEED AP serves as the Director of Healthcare at Osborn Engineering since January 2009, where responsibilities include leading and improving the Healthcare Division, increasing net company revenue by over 22% with construction values exceeding $650M. As an inaugural leader of the department, David plays a significant role on the executive team, co-creating budgets and business goals while developing company policies and business strategies. Prior to this, David founded and operated Summit Design & Construction, Inc. from June 1999 to December 2008, providing quality construction services across various sectors. David also held positions such as Director of Operations at AEM, Inc. and Senior Project Manager at Methodist Medical Center, displaying a comprehensive background in project management and engineering. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from Illinois State University and an Associate of Science in Engineering from Morrison Institute of Technology.
