Michelle D'Cruz

Michelle D'Cruz is a skilled Bridge Engineer with extensive experience at Osborn Engineering since September 2015. Prior to this role, Michelle worked as a Civil Engineer Intern and Field Technician at Fishbeck, Thompson, Carr & Huber, Inc. during the summer of 2014, focusing on MDOT highway projects involving construction documentation and inspection engineering.
