Chardin Stengele

Chardin Stengele is a Civil Engineer with a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Tennessee Technological University. Currently serving as a Structural Engineer Intern at Neel-Schaffer, Inc. since June 2021, Chardin’s experience includes bridge and retaining wall design, municipal projects in Forest Hills, and various structural engineering tasks. Prior experience includes a summer internship at Palmer Engineering focusing on bridge design with specialized software, a role as a Civil Engineering Office Student Worker managing departmental communications at Tennessee Technological University, and supervisory responsibilities at Next Step Ministries where Chardin led a team in constructing multiple buildings and training students. Additionally, experience as a Construction Crew Member with JONES BROS. CONSTRUCTION LLC involved the construction of a highway bridge and safety training.
