Saeed Doust

Saeed Doust, PhD, PE has a comprehensive work experience in the field of bridge engineering. Saeed most recently worked at T.Y. Lin International as the Lead Bridge Engineer in the Bridge Line of Business. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Bridge Structural Engineer at STV. Saeed also served as a Senior Bridge Design Engineer at Burk - Kleinpeter, Inc. In addition, they have academic experience as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of New Orleans and as a Post-doctoral Structural Researcher at Florida International University. Saeed started their career as a Research Assistant at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Before pursuing their doctorate, they worked at Hexa Company Ltd. - Consulting Engineers as a Bridge Design Lead and Bridge Design Engineer. Throughout their career, Saeed Doust has demonstrated expertise and knowledge in bridge design and structural engineering.

Saeed Doust, PhD, PE completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering from Sharif University of Technology in 1998, followed by a Master of Science (MSc) in Structural Engineering from the University of Tehran in 2000. Saeed later earned their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Structural Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2011. In addition, they hold multiple certifications as a Registered Professional Engineer (PE) from the Commonwealth of Virginia, the State of New York, and the Government of the District of Columbia.
