Matt Osborne

Matt Osborne has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Matt started their career as an Operations Officer in the 1st LAR Bn., USMC in 2003. Matt then served as a Company Commander in B Co., 1st LAR Bn, USMC. In 2005, they became the Team Chief for the Military Advisor Team, USMC. Following their military service, Matt worked as a Civil Infractions Rule 9 Intern at the Seattle City Attorney's office in 2008. Matt then joined Ball Janik LLP in 2010 as an Associate Attorney. Matt's most recent role was with the Osborne Construction Company, where they served as the Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary from 2013 to 2017, and later as the Senior Vice President starting in January 2018.

Matt Osborne attended Whitman College from 1989 to 1993, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature. Matt later attended the University of Washington School of Law from 2006 to 2009, obtaining their Doctor of Law degree (J.D.).
