Tim Baker

Tim Baker is a Principal Legal Recruitment Consultant at Osborne, an award-winning international recruitment consultancy, since March 2024. Previously, Tim served as a Senior Legal Recruitment Consultant at Search Talent from September 2021 to March 2024, leveraging extensive legal field experience in London and recruitment expertise from Colombia to fulfill the hiring needs of legal firms. Tim is also the Founder and Director of CONNECT Colombia, which provides linguistic solutions, and has instructed English at Whales English and Cambly Inc. Furthermore, Tim held significant roles at the Instituto Británico de Inglés and the Ministry of Justice UK, where responsibilities included strategy development, court management, and administrative support to judges. Tim's educational background includes a Bar Vocational Course and a Bachelor of Laws degree, both focused on criminal law.
