Aaron Young

Aaron Young has 6 years of work experience in IT support, starting with Conduent in 2015 as an At-home-Advisor where they provided solutions for operations issues for Mac OS X and iOS users while demonstrating professionalism and coaching advisors. Aaron then joined CompuCom in 2019 as a Help Desk Support Specialist where they worked until 2021. Aaron then worked for InspiriTec, Inc. as a Team Lead from 2021-2023 before joining OSC Edge as a Workstation Support Specialist in June 2023.

Aaron Young attended Cumberland College from 1996 to 1998, studying Psychology. Aaron did not obtain a degree from this institution. In addition to their education, Aaron Young earned the HDI Support Center Analyst certification from HDI in January 2022 and the CompTIA Security+ certification from CompTIA in March 2020.
