JoAnne Koziol, SHRM-CP has been working in the Human Resources field since 2007. JoAnne began their career as a Human Resources Administrator/Recruitment Coordinator at HealthPlan Services in 2007. In 2008, they moved to Select Staffing as a Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter. In 2009, they were a Sr. HR Benefits Specialist at Moffitt Cancer Center. From 2015 to 2016, they were the General Manager at Ba Le Corporation. From 2016 to 2021, they were the Human Resources Manager at ARMA Aviation. JoAnne is currently the Sr. International HR Generalist at Pinnacle Solutions, Inc. and will soon be the Sr. HR Generalist at OSC Edge.

JoAnne Koziol holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Human Resources Management from Capella University and is a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from HRCI.
