Sharon Novak

Sharon Novak is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management and strategic consulting in the luxury goods sector. As the Founder of Jewelry Athenaeum since March 2021, Novak has established a significant presence in the fine jewelry market. In addition, serving as Executive Vice President of Strategy for Oscar de la Renta in India and Asia since June 2010, and as President and Co-Founder of Beekman New York from June 2018 to March 2021, Novak has demonstrated strong leadership and strategic vision. Previous roles include President at MONIQUE PÉAN and Chief Operating Officer at Maiyet, alongside academic positions as Assistant Professor at MIT&UCLA and Kellogg School of Management. Sharon Novak holds a PhD in Operations Management from MIT Sloan School of Management, a BA in Political Economy from the University of California, Berkeley, and is a Graduate Gemologist from the Gemological Institute of America.
