Coral Zelon

Coral Zelon is the Director of Florida Market P&L at Oscar Health. Coral has over seven years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on health systems and process improvement.

Coral began their career as a volunteer at St. Joseph Regional Health Center in 2010. Coral then completed a professional development opportunity at Hillcrest Baptist Medical Center before becoming an administrative intern at North Shore-LIJ Health System in 2012.

In 2013, Coral joined Mount Sinai Health System as a senior health systems and process improvement analyst. In this role, they were responsible for analyzing and improving Mount Sinai's health care delivery processes. Coral also gained experience leading and coaching students and small groups.

In 2015, Coral left Mount Sinai to join Oscar Health as the director of Florida market P&L. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing all aspects of Oscar Health's business in Florida, including marketing, sales, product development, and operations.

Coral Zelon has a Master in Public Health from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University College. Coral also has a minor in Business Administration from Texas A&M University College.

Aditya Shah - Associate, Market P&L, Jared Aber - Senior Manager, Florida Market, and Franklyn Nnakwue - Associate, Market P&L report to Coral Zelon. Coral Zelon reports to Dennis Hillen, Southeast Market Region Leader.
