Jesse Horowitz

Jesse Horowitz is the Chief Product Officer at Oscar Health. Prior to joining Oscar Health, they were the Manager of Product Management at EnerNOC from April 2007 to June 2014. At EnerNOC, they were responsible for driving the innovation of EnerNOC's technology platform by collaborating with a wide variety of stakeholders to understand business requirements, establish roadmaps, and prioritize software development across EnerNOC's Energy Management applications.
