Karina Li

Karina Li is an experienced product management professional currently serving as the Associate Product Operations Manager at Oscar Health since September 2024. Previously, Karina was the Lead Product Manager at PerfectSME, where the focus was on managing product strategy and development for a SaaS project management platform dedicated to ERP. From July 2023 to February 2024, Karina worked as a Fractional Product Owner at Firefly Dimension, Inc., leading the strategy for AR workforce training products. As the Founder and Head of Product at Redsip from September 2016 to January 2023, Karina oversaw all aspects of the food and wine community platform, guiding a cross-functional team towards achieving product-market fit. Karina's career began as a Research Associate at Russell Reynolds Associates from June 2014 to September 2016.
