Kelsey Bowen

Kelsey Bowen, MS, currently serves as the Associate Director of Marketing (Partnerships) at Oscar Health, a position held since June 2025. Prior to this role, Kelsey was with Lark Health where professional experience included Director, Consumer Marketing, Senior Manager, Consumer Marketing, and Manager, Enrollment Marketing from October 2021 to June 2025. Earlier in the career, Kelsey worked at Highmark Health as a Senior Marketing Strategist, Marketing Strategist, and Marketing Associate from April 2017 to October 2021. Kelsey's career began at the BHS Foundation - Butler Health System as a Marketing and Public Relations Specialist from January 2016 to May 2017. Kelsey holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Slippery Rock University and a Master of Science in Integrated Marketing Communication from West Virginia University.
