Stephen Perez

Stephen Perez, D.O. is an accomplished medical professional with extensive experience in various healthcare roles. Currently serving as Lead Physician at Oscar Health since January 2025, Stephen previously held positions including Medical Director and Family Physician at Cano Health from January 2020 to January 2025. Additional experience includes serving as Sub-Investigator at Clinical Research Of Hollywood, PA., contributing to several significant clinical trials, and working as a Family Physician at Primary Care Physicians of Florida. Stephen completed a Family Medicine Residency and Chief Resident position at Lakeside Medical Center from June 2015 to June 2018. Academic achievements include a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Florida. Prior to entering the medical field, Stephen gained experience working with children with Autism in educational settings and provided technical support as a remote PC/Helpdesk technician.
