Christine Welch

Christine Welch serves as the Lead Physician Assistant in Cardiothoracic Surgery at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia since May 2020, following a career that includes roles as a Clinical Assistant Professor Adjunct at Temple University - Lewis Katz School of Medicine and as a Physician Assistant at Temple University Hospital. Prior experience includes training as a Physician Assistant student at Stony Brook University and Winthrop-University Hospital, along with management experience as Chief Scribe in the Emergency Department at Scribe America. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Stony Brook University and a Bachelor of Health and Exercise Sciences with minors in Biology and Psychology from the University of Delaware.
