Wendy Carver

Wendy Carver, PhD, currently serves as the Vice President of Compliance at Oscar Health since January 2023. In addition, Wendy has held roles as a Senior Doctoral Adjunct - Dissertation Chair at Grand Canyon University and as an Instructor at the University of the People since 2021 and 2020, respectively. Prior to these positions, Wendy was the Chief Risk & Compliance Officer at Southwestern Health Resources and held multiple leadership roles, including Chief Compliance Officer at PacificSource Health Plans and Tenet Healthcare. Wendy's extensive experience in compliance and regulatory affairs spans over a decade in the healthcare sector, supported by a Doctorate in Psychology from Grand Canyon University and an MBA in Leadership & Management from Ottawa University.
