Nicole Hoperich

Nicole Hoperich is the Vice President at Oscar & Ma, where she works towards employing underserved populations by generating employment opportunities for those with barriers to employment. Prior to this role, she founded NEW Workplace Wellness, where she helped individuals manage stress and embrace self-care through yoga and mindfulness. With her consulting company, NDH Consulting, she works directly with executive teams to create strategic alignments in various areas. At the Mike Ferry Organization, she was an event planner, leading domestic sales events and annual conferences. She also held roles such as Manager of Events and Donor Relations at Working Wardrobes and Director of Meetings at Corporate Planners Unlimited. Nicole has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising and Public Relations from Chapman University.
