Chris Hollingshead has over 16 years of experience in the food industry, currently serving as Chef de Partie at Oscar Mayer Ltd since August 2007, where leadership is provided in a small production kitchen focused on high allergen recipes for an exclusive Asian range of ready meals for Sainsbury's.
