Loïc Poulain

Presidential Advisor at OSCE Parliamentary Assembly

Loïc Poulain currently serves as a Presidential Advisor at the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, managing support services for the President in relation to OSCE activities since January 2015. Previously, Poulain worked in the Secretary General’s Executive Office as a Programme Officer, focusing on election observation and press communications. Experience also includes roles at Creative Associates International as a Program Associate and Program Specialist, supporting electoral assistance and anti-corruption projects. Earlier positions include Local Coordinator and Research Fellow at the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, a Research Intern at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) and Institut de Relations Internationales et Stratégiques, and research roles at Institut Français des Relations Internationales. Poulain holds a combined BA/MA in International Relations from Sciences Po Lyon, with exchange studies at Vilnius University and the University of Virginia.
