Jaja Richards

JaJa Richards is an experienced basketball coach and educator, currently serving as an Assistant Coach for the Virgin Islands National Team since November 2021, after a distinguished playing career with the team from 1997 to 2012. As an Educator for the Osceola County School District since December 2016 and Founder and President of All Stars Are Bright Corporation since February 2013, JaJa mentors and encourages student athletes in their personal and athletic development. Previous roles include Jr. NBA Coach for the Reliance Foundation in India, Director of Basketball Operations for The Athlete Within Basketball School, and Volunteer Basketball Coach for Orange County Parks and Recreation. With extensive professional experience playing in various countries, JaJa holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Loyola University of Chicago and a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Strayer University.
