Conrad Ballance has extensive experience in facilities management, currently serving in a facilities management role at Osceola County Government since February 2023. Prior to this position, Conrad was the Senior Director of Facilities at the Florida Institute of Technology from November 2022 to February 2023. From July 2019 to November 2022, Conrad worked as a Project Manager for the Osceola County Board of County Commissioners. Earlier in the career, Conrad served as Facilities Manager at Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems for over 26 years before retiring in October 2018.

Osceola County is a county rich in history and life. Created in 1887, Osceola County is a 1,506 square mile area that serves as the south/central boundary of the Central Florida greater metropolitan area. The city of Kissimmee, the county seat, is 18 miles due south of Orlando. Osceola's other incorporated city, St. Cloud, is 9 miles east of Kissimmee and approximately 45 miles west of the city of Melbourne on the Atlantic coast.
