Joshua Devries

Joshua DeVries, AICP, currently serves as the Director of Transportation Planning for Osceola County Government since August 2022. Previously, Joshua held the position of Zoning Manager for the City of St. Cloud, FL, for a brief period in 2022. With over a decade of experience at Osceola County BOCC, Joshua progressed through various roles including Transportation Planning Director and Sr. Planner, where responsibilities ranged from supervising planning staff to managing transportation planning projects and collaborating with FDOT and local programs. Joshua's earlier roles include positions with the City of Kissimmee and an internship with Marquette County Planning Division, complemented by a Master's in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Planning from Northern Michigan University.
