Ruslan Pliashechnyk

Ruslan Pliashechnyk is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in banking and project management. Currently serving as the Deputy Head of the Retail Business Support Department at JSC Oschadbank since June 2025, Ruslan previously held the position of Project Manager for Postal Accounts at Ukrposhta from November 2019 to June 2025, where significant contributions included the development of a legislative bill to enhance banking services in rural areas. Prior to this, Ruslan was the Head of Network Operational Risk and Branch Support Unit at OJS Company "Universal Bank" from February 2011 to August 2019, leading teams focused on operational risk management and process optimization. Early career experiences included roles as a Senior Auditor and Junior Auditor at JS INDEX-BANK (Credit Agricole Group) from June 2007 to February 2011. Ruslan holds a Master’s degree in Jurisprudence and a Master’s degree in Accounting and Audit from Kyiv National Economics University, along with ongoing studies at MIM-Kyiv Business School.
