Sachin Kulkarni is the Co-Founder and CTO of Oscilar Inc, established in June 2021, focusing on enhancing internet safety through secure online transactions. Prior to this role, Kulkarni served at Facebook from February 2012 to May 2021, where significant contributions included leading the engineering organization for Facebook's private cloud and managing teams in large-scale distributed systems. Earlier experience at Oracle, from July 2006 to February 2010, involved work on the storage engine of Oracle database servers. Kulkarni holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
