Paul Heim

Paul Heim is currently the Director of Business Development for Oscilloquartz Government Sales in North America, focusing on expanding the market share of scalable, assured, and precise timing solutions within the U.S. Department of Defense. With over 11 years of experience leading business development and customer engagement initiatives, Paul has successfully managed large contracts and led teams ranging from small groups to over 1,000 personnel. Previously, Paul held significant positions in organizations such as WR Systems and the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, where they were instrumental in generating substantial revenue and fostering key strategic relationships. Paul earned a Master of Science in Physical Oceanography from The Florida State University and a Bachelor of Science with Distinction from the United States Naval Academy.
