Joël Gavin

Joel Gavin has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Joel has worked as the Director at OSEO-Fribourg since November 2015. Prior to that, they served as the Director at Cooqpit, a non-profit cooperative that aimed to provide training and employment opportunities for young adults in need of social assistance. Joel also worked as an Administrator at ProLog-Emploi, overseeing a program that offered employment and individualized support to individuals not supported by the ORP. Joel has also held positions at OSEO-Vaud, where they served as the Director, managing multiple training and socio-professional integration sites, and at Maisons d'arrêt et de préventive du canton de Vaud, where they worked as the Responsible socio-educational.

Joel Gavin's education history begins in 1986 when they attended CESSNOV and obtained a Dipôme degree in Commerce in 1989. In 1995, they enrolled in EESP Lausanne and completed a Bachelor's degree in Educateur social in 1998. Moving forward with their education, Joel attended the University of Geneva between 2000 and 2002, where they obtained a CAS degree in Politique sociale. In 2009, they pursued further studies at IDHEAP, specializing in Management public, and completed a CAS degree in 2010. Continuing their education at IDHEAP, Joel pursued another CAS degree, this time in Marketing et Communication publique from 2012 to 2013.
