Cindy Kiel

Cindy Kiel currently serves as the OSF HealthCare Program Manager of Clinical Support Services Integration, where responsibilities include leading and executing projects to enhance processes and patient experiences across various healthcare settings since August 2020. Prior to this role, Cindy held the position of Marketing and Communications Manager at The Bleeding and Clotting Disorders Institute from 2018 to August 2020, focusing on marketing strategy and communications initiatives. Previous experience includes project management at CSE Software Inc., overseeing significant IT and software projects for Bayer Healthcare, and leading integrated marketing projects as Senior Client Services Director at AdCo Advertising Agency. Cindy's early career involved impactful project management at MultiAd, where a major rebranding initiative was executed for PNC Bank. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations with a minor in Sociology from Illinois State University.
