Kimberly Blakey

Kimberly Blakey, MSN, RN NEA-BC, currently serves as the Vice President of Clinical Business Strategic Operations at OSF HealthCare, a position held since April 2018, where responsibilities include leading operational solutions for nursing, managing staffing plans, and overseeing patient flow and emergency preparedness. Previously, Kimberly held the role of Executive Director at Leesar, Inc. and was the Director of Clinical Business Operations at Lee Health, focusing on capacity management and quality efficiency. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Clinical Operations and Patient Care Manager at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center, managing patient care services and staffing within a large academic medical center. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix, as well as a nursing diploma from Methodist Medical Center College of Nursing.
