Eileen Knightly

Eileen Knightly is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in nursing and administration. Currently serving as Chief Nursing Officer at Little Company of Mary Hospital since June 2019, Eileen also holds the position of Director at the Hematology Oncology Clinic at UI Health since August 2016. Prior to these roles, Eileen was Vice President of Oncology and Women & Children’s Services at Mercy Hospital and Medical Center from December 1980 to July 2016, where responsibilities included oversight of various departments and management of a $270 million annual operating budget. Eileen's career reflects a strong commitment to quality improvement and strategic planning within oncology and healthcare services, supported by a Master's in Health Administration and a Bachelor's in Nursing from Saint Xavier University.
