Tom Naor has extensive experience in quality assurance and quality control, currently serving as the Quality Assurance Leader and Deputy Corporate QA Manager at OSG since January 2013. Responsibilities include overseeing QA and QC departments, executing special QA projects, managing customer complaints, and conducting employee training. Prior to this role, Tom worked as a Quality Control Supervisor in the Bulletproof Division, where duties involved directing laboratory schedules and performing inspections and tests on products. Tom’s earlier career includes serving as a Senior Instructor/Counselor at Kibbutz Palmach Tzuba Education System, mentoring staff and supporting students, as well as holding a leadership position in the Israel Defense Forces as a Search & Rescue Commander. Tom Naor holds a degree from Jerusalem College of Engineering.
