Andy Iles

Andy Iles has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Andy started their career as a Professional Hockey Player for teams like Elmira Jackals, Cincinnati Cyclones, Atlanta Gladiators, Florida Everblades, and Fife Flyers Ltd. Andy played professionally from October 2014 to April 2018. In 2016, Andy co-founded Rapid Replay, where they served as a Co-Founder. Since December 2018, they have been working for O'Shaughnessy Asset Management, initially as a Marketing Analyst and later as the Director of Marketing, a position they have held since January 2022.

Andy Iles attended the Salisbury School from 2007 to 2010. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Applied Economics and Management with a specialization in Finance at Cornell University. Andy attended Cornell from 2010 to 2014.
