Besiana Palluqi

Besiana Palluqi has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Besiana began working at Raiffeisen Bank Albania in 2010 as an Rsf and stayed there until 2014. In 2014, they joined EITI as a Finance Specialist and worked there until 2015. Later in 2015, they joined OSHEE - Operatori i Shpërndarjes së Energjisë Elektrike, where they held several positions. Besiana served as the Head of Financial Risk Administration Sector/Business Development Department until 2023. In May 2022, they assumed the role of Head of Business Strategy Unit at OSHEE.

Besiana Palluqi completed their high school education at Dhaskal Todri from 2001 to 2005. Besiana then pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Economics at the Aleksandër Xhuvani University of Elbasan from 2005 to 2009. Afterward, they attended the European University of Tirana and obtained a Master's Degree in Financial Market and Banking Management from 2009 to 2011. Lastly, in 2015, Besiana Palluqi participated in the Young Managers Program at the IEDC - Bled School of Management, where they focused on Management studies.
