Andy Mathes

Andy Mathes is an accomplished leader in operations and strategic management with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the General Manager and Business Unit Director at Oshkosh Airport Products since August 2025, Andy plays a key role in the Aircraft Rescue Fire Fighting (ARFF) market. Prior roles include Global Customer Director at Plexus Corp., where Andy developed long-term partnerships and led program management teams, and Director of Operations at Amcor, overseeing significant revenue and operational improvements across multiple manufacturing sites.
