Kabel Helmbrecht

Kabel Helmbrecht possesses a significant background in recreation management, currently serving as the Director of Recreation for the Oshkosh Area School District since June 2020. Prior to this role, Kabel held the position of Program Supervisor for the City of Appleton from 2002 until June 2020 and for the Village of Slinger from March 2001 to April 2002. Kabel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Facilities Management, as well as Recreation Management, from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse between 1997 and 2001.
