Ananda Pandey

Ananda Pandey is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in the automotive and defense sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering - E/E, SW Integration and Systems Engineering at Oshkosh Defense, Ananda previously held key engineering positions at ZF Group, including Technical Specialist for ADAS and Autonomy, Technical Project Manager for Active Steering, and Lead System Designer for ADAS/R&D. Ananda has a proven track record of managing the development of advanced driver assistance systems and autonomous vehicle technologies, securing multi-million dollar contracts, overseeing R&D activities, and collaborating with OEMs and industry organizations. Earlier career roles include Lead Engineer at Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems and Sr. Human Factors Engineer at Chrysler. Ananda holds an MBA from Purdue University and an M.S.E in Automotive Systems Engineering from the University of Michigan.
