Benjamin Pritchert is an experienced quality management professional with a strong background in engineering and manufacturing. Currently serving as Program Quality Manager for Combat Vehicle Platforms at Oshkosh Defense since May 2017, Benjamin leads a team focused on developing and sustaining quality plans for various combat vehicles. Prior experience includes roles as Principal Quality Engineer and Senior Quality Engineer at Aurora Metals LLC, where significant improvements in manufacturing processes were achieved through the application of Six Sigma and lean manufacturing principles. Benjamin began a career in sales at Menards and has worked as a Plumber's Assistant at Shank and Sons Plumbing, developing foundational teamwork skills. Academic achievements include a Master's Degree in Industrial and System Engineering and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Northern Illinois University, along with associate degrees in Engineering Science and Computer Aided Design from Waubonsee Community College.
