Lisa Race has an extensive background in procurement and supply chain management. Lisa has held various positions such as Sr. Director, Director, and Commodity Manager in different companies like Oshkosh Defense and JLG Industries. Lisa has managed multi-million dollar budgets, led cross-functional teams, and successfully implemented cost reduction strategies. Lisa's experience includes overseeing material cost estimating, subcontract management, and new product development. Lisa holds a Master of Science degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
