Michael Burlikowski

Michael Burlikowski is a seasoned operations and plant management professional with extensive experience in the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as a Senior Plant Manager at Oshkosh Defense since January 2024, Michael previously held key leadership roles at Wabtec Corporation, including North American Operations Leader and Operational Excellence Leader. Prior to that, Michael was the VP of Operations at Stahl / Scott Fetzer Company and the Director of Operations at Pentair. Michael's career began at GE Transportation, where various roles spanned from Finance Manager to Lean Leader. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Gannon University, earned between 1998 and 2002.
