Amanda Mickelson

Amanda Mickelson has a strong background in human resources and has held various leadership positions throughout their career. Amanda worked at Oshkosh Corporation from 2018 to present, where they served as the VP of Human Resources - Talent & Employee Experience, leading a community of practice focused on employee experience. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Human Resources - Commercial Segment at Oshkosh Corporation from 2018 to 2021. Amanda also gained experience at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company from 2013 to 2018, where they held several roles, including Senior HR Director and HR Director. Before that, they worked at GE Healthcare from 2002 to 2013, where they held the position of Global HR Manager among other roles. Amanda began their career at Citigroup, where they completed the HR Management Associate program. Amanda also had an HR internship at Medtronic in 1999.

Amanda Mickelson holds a BA degree in Communication and Psychology from St. Norbert College, which they obtained from 1994 to 1998. Amanda also has an MA-HRIR (Human Resources & Industrial Relations) degree from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, which they obtained from 1998 to 2000. Additionally, Amanda has certifications in Leadership Architect and Profilor from Korn Ferry, as well as The Strategic HR Business Partner (sHRBP) Certification from the Human Capital Institute (HCI).
