Christine Candela

Christine Candela, CEBS, currently serves as the Director of Global Compensation at Oshkosh Corporation, a leader in purpose-built vehicles with $9.7 billion in annual revenues and 17,000 employees globally. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Compensation and Benefits at IDEMIA, Senior Director of Total Rewards at REV Group, Inc., and Senior Director of Total Rewards at AbleLight. Christine also held significant positions at Caterpillar Inc. as Human Resources Division Manager and VP of Human Resources at Bucyrus International, overseeing global compensation and benefits for tens of thousands of employees. Other experience includes leadership in global total rewards at Enerpac Tool Group and retirement plan management at Snap On Tools. Christine holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
