Corey Dahlke has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of technology. Corey started their career as a Help Desk Analyst at Thrivent Financial for Lutherans in 2002. Corey then worked as a Technical Support Associate at Greatland Corporation, where they provided troubleshooting and support for wage reporting software. Corey then joined Paragon Development Systems as a Field Technician, where they were involved in technology refresh and data center move projects.
In 2006, Corey began working at TEKsystems as a Technical Analyst in the Computer Services department at Oshkosh Corporation. During their time there, they administered McAfee ePO across all business segments, performed malware analysis and removal, managed Wyse thin clients, and handled Windows print server administration and Guardian Edge encryption.
At Oshkosh Corporation, Corey held multiple roles over the years. Corey started as a Technical Analyst in the Computer Services department, where they primarily focused on McAfee ePO administration and managed thin client environments for various business segments. Corey then transitioned to the role of Senior Technical Analyst in the End User Services department, where they continued to architect and administer the McAfee ePO environment and served as the primary subject matter expert for thin client management. Corey later became a Senior Engineer in the IT Client Systems department, taking on more responsibilities in architecting and administrating enterprise-wide technology environments, including McAfee ePO, CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager, and Dell Wyse Management Suite. In this role, they also provided technical solution and support for incoming projects.
Currently, Corey works as a Lead Engineer in the IT Client Systems department at Oshkosh Corporation. As a level IV-equivalent engineer, they serve as the technical lead on projects involving endpoint compute. Corey continues to oversee and architect various enterprise-wide technology environments, including McAfee ePO, CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager, and Dell Wyse Management Suite, with a specific focus on configuring and managing manufacturing shop floor thin client devices.
Corey Dahlke attended Fox Valley Technical College from 1999 to 2002, where they obtained an associate's degree in Computer Information Systems with a specialization in Network Hardware/Software. In 1996 to 1997, Corey also briefly attended Lawrence University, focusing on music studies. Corey has additional certifications including being a candidate for (ISC)², an HDI Desktop Support Technician, and iTIL Foundations v3.
