Heather Schwasinger

Heather Schwasinger has over 15 years of work experience in the field of Human Resources, with a focus on benefits management. Heather is currently serving as the Director of Global Benefits at Oshkosh Corporation since 2023. Prior to this, Heather worked at Harley-Davidson Motor Company from 2018 to 2023, where they led the Benefits function for the U.S. population of active employees and retirees. Heather also oversaw global in-country benefit offerings, reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer. Before joining Harley-Davidson, Heather held various positions at ATI (Allegheny Technologies Incorporated) from 2007 to 2018, including Senior Manager of Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS. Heather started their career as a Human Resources Intern at ATI in 2007. Overall, Heather Schwasinger has a strong background in benefits management and has gained a diverse range of experiences throughout their career.

Heather Schwasinger, MBA, CCP completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management at Lubar College of Business from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2003 to 2008, where they obtained a BBA in Management Human Resources and Marketing.
