Jennifer Valentine

Jennifer (Lamb) Valentine, SHRM-CP, PHR, currently serves as the Engineering Talent Programs Manager at Oshkosh Corporation since November 2017, with a progressive history in HR and organizational development roles within the company. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Career Management Consultant at Right Management and HR/OD Consultant at Dental Practice Advisors, LLC, where expertise was concentrated on managing organizational dynamics in a dental context. At Plexus, Jennifer was responsible for global skill and leadership development across multiple design centers, and at Bemis Company, Inc., contributed significantly to talent management strategy and practices. Earlier roles included organizational development and recruiting positions at Bemis Company and M&I Bank. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.
