Lauren Sell

Lauren Sell has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment. Lauren is currently working as the Early Talent Programs Lead at Oshkosh Corporation. Prior to this, Lauren worked at Kimberly-Clark as a College Recruiter, where they developed recruitment strategies and improved the candidate and hiring manager experiences. Lauren also worked as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Kimberly-Clark, managing the placement and onboarding of engineering co-ops and coordinating campus events. Before their time at Kimberly-Clark, Lauren worked as a Commercial Recruiter and Partnered Staffing Supervisor at Kelly Services. Lauren also has experience in human resources administration, customer service, and high-volume recruiting from their roles at Oshkosh Corporation, Plexus, Total Med Staffing, Inc, and West Business Services.

Lauren Sell obtained their AAS in Human Resources Management from Fox Valley Technical College in 2008. Lauren also earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay in 2011.
