Troy Linssen

Troy Linssen has a significant amount of experience in the IT field. Troy started their career at Schneider in 1994, where they worked as a Lead Member Of Technical Staff for over 13 years. Following that, they joined Thrivent in 2007 as a Senior IT Manager and held that position until 2014. In 2014, they moved to Associated Bank as an IT Business Relationship Manager for a year. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at Pierce Manufacturing as a Senior IT Manager. Currently, they are employed at Oshkosh Corporation, where they started as an IT Director in 2018 and has recently been promoted to Vice President - Digital Technology. In their current role, Troy is responsible for leading the digital technology initiatives, including eCommerce, ERP, digital manufacturing, software development, cloud-based platforms, and infrastructure. Their focus is on building business partnerships, developing technology strategies, overseeing digital transformation, and ensuring successful solution delivery across multiple business units.

Troy Linssen obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, completing their education from 1989 to 1994.
