Laura Perkins has held a variety of roles in the recruiting and staffing industry since 2010. Laura began their career at AOL as a Recruiting Coordinator, providing recruiting and administrative support for the West Coast Applications & Commerce team. In 2011, they moved to ANI PSG as a Staffing Manager, managing the daily operations of the recruiting team, supervising a small team of coordinators, assisting with HR operations, and collaborating with the C-level executive team. In 2015, they joined TIBCO Software Inc. as a Technical Recruiter, successfully filling several Engineering and L&D positions. In 2016, they moved to Clarity Consultants as a Talent Acquisition Manager, partnering with Learning & Development professionals to help them find new opportunities with clients in the corporate and higher education sector. In 2020, they returned to OSI Engineering, Inc. as a Technical Recruiter, engaging with a diverse network of highly skilled candidates to assist with their client's hiring needs. In 2021, they joined Meta as a Technical Sourcer, part of the Product Design Leadership Recruiting team. Currently, they are a Recruiting Manager at OSI Engineering, leading a team of Recruiters to support their client's needs and building and implementing processes and best practices across the company.
Laura Perkins obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of California, Davis.
